1. Find something else temporarily

If you don't have sanitary napkins on hand, you can find something to replace it temporarily, such as:

Paper towels or toilet paper: You can stack several paper towels, fold them into a suitable size, and put them in your underwear. Although the absorption effect is not as good as sanitary napkins, it can be used temporarily.

Clean cloth or cotton: If you have clean cloth or cotton at home, you can also use it as a temporary substitute, fold them into a suitable size and put them in your underwear.

Wet wipes: If you have wet wipes, you can use them to clean yourself first and keep them clean. Wet wipes can make you feel more comfortable temporarily, but remember to find sanitary napkins as a substitute as soon as possible.

Although these methods cannot be used for a long time, they can at least help you temporarily deal with emergencies and avoid embarrassment.

2. Find a nearby store to buy sanitary napkins

If you are outside and find that there are no 7 layers sanitary pad, you can go to a nearby store, supermarket or pharmacy to see that sanitary napkins are sold in many places. If you are not sure where there are, you can use the map on your mobile phone to find the nearest store.

3. Other supplies

If you usually use a menstrual cup or tampons, these things can also help you in an emergency. They can effectively collect menstrual blood and help you solve the dilemma of not having sanitary napkins. If you don't usually use these products, you can also consider preparing some in the future.

4. Wait at home or in the toilet for a while

If you can’t find a substitute for the time being, or it is inconvenient to go out, you can stay at home or go to the toilet first. Try to stay still, reduce activity, and wait for an opportunity to buy sanitary napkins.

5. Borrow from friends

If you are outside and don‘t have sanitary napkins, you can try to ask friends around you for help. Many women will bring sanitary napkins during menstruation. If you can find a friend, borrowing a sanitary napkin is the fastest solution.
