Sugary Treats: It's okay to have a little sugar, but too much can mess with your mood and energy levels. If you're prone to feeling down during your period, cutting back on sweets might help.
Coffee: Caffeine can make you hold onto water and cause bloating, plus it can make headaches worse. If you drink coffee regularly, don't stop completely as that can also trigger headaches. Too much coffee can also upset your stomach.
Alcohol: Alcohol can make period symptoms worse because it dehydrates you (making headaches and bloating worse) and can lead to tummy troubles. Hangovers and period symptoms also have a lot of overlap, like headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and feeling tired.
Spicy Food: If spicy food usually bothers your stomach, it's best to skip it during your period. It can cause diarrhea, stomach pain, and nausea.
Red Meat: Although it has iron, red meat can also cause more cramps. Your body makes certain things that help you get rid of your period but, in large quantities, these same things can make cramps worse.
Problem Foods: If there are foods you know don't agree with you, especially avoid them when you're on your period. Eating foods that upset your stomach can cause more nausea, constipation, or diarrhea.
Apart from this, don’t use your Sanitary Pad、Tampon、Panty Liner、period underwear over 8 hours. The first is that it is easy to breed bacteria, the second is that it leaks sideways, and the third is that tampons, will cause shock symptoms.
